Britney Spears begs court to save her from ’shake down’

In what may be the most enduring drama ever to hit the much-troubled pop star, Britney Spears is now asking a Judge to move a case brought by former bodyguard, Fernando Flores to a private court to avoid ‘a shake down.’
Flores brought the case back in June, claiming 28-year old Spears sexually harassed him by walking around her home in the nude, and several other unproven assertions. He wants the case tried in civil court, but Brit’s minders are worried he’ll use such a public forum to extort a settlement from Britney.
In new papers filed at the L.A. Superior Court, Brit’s legal team claim Flores could use the huge visibility of a public trial to release, or at least threaten to release personal information that could put Britney at risk.
“There is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information,” they tell the Judge in the new papers.
The reps want the case moved to ‘Probate Court’ instead, where it can be pursued and decided away from public attention.
