Teena Marie Passes Away at 54

Teena Marie, a R&B singer best known hits such as "Lovergirl" and "I'm a Sucker for Your Love," has passed away. She was 54.
The Grammy-nominated artist was found dead yesterday in her Pasadena home by her daughter. Police say she most likely succumbed to natural causes.

Current stars have already reacted to this sudden death. Tweeted Diddy: "R.I.P Teena Marie. God Bless. Damn I just saw her the other day."

Mary J. Blige, meanwhile, added: "Rest in peace Teena Marie. My Love for u is forever." Our thoughts go out to this singer's friends and family.

Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz: New Couple Alert!

It didn't take long for Rachel Weisz to find a new man.
A little over a month since the actress announced her split from Darren Aronofsky, she was spotted holding hands with Daniel Craig in southwestern England. The movie stars were spotted entering a small pub together over the weekend.

They "looked like a romantic couple in a film," a witness told Britain's News of the World of Craig and Weisz. "They were laughing and chatting and hanging on to each other's words and stopping to take photos of each other."

The pair will star together in Dream House, scheduled for a March release. They have denied reports of any romantic relationship, but onlookers and new photos say otherwise.

Ginnifer Goodwin and Joey Kern: Engaged!

Ginnifer Goodwin recently got engaged to actor Joey Kern, and the best news of all is that he isn't married to two other women on top of her!
The Big Love star, 32, and Kern, 34, have been dating for two years.

Congratulations to Ginnifer Goodwin and Joey Kern!

"Yup, it's definitely true!" a source said of the happy couple. "Joey just emailed all his friends back on the 12th and gave them the good news."
E! News reports that Kern even helped design the engagement ring himself, and that their wedding is tentatively scheduled for the fall.

Lindsay Lohan Off the Hook For Rehab Fight

Just kidding ... well, mostly. Whatever the reason, Lindsay Lohan received a lovely Christmas present when Dawn Holland dropped her battery allegation.
The ex-Betty Ford employee who got into an altercation with the troubled star, who she accused of attacking her, is letting the case against Lohan go.

HO, HO, HO: Lindsay's Christmas season is now more cheerful.

"Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution," her attorney said.
"A crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms. Lohan."
The authorities could still file charges against Lohan, but without the testimony of the one witness who lodged the complaint, it would lead nowhere.
As such, Lindsay looks to have beaten the rap once again.

What Did Kim Kardashian Get for Christmas?

Kim Kardashian received the Christmas present of her dreams this weekend. No, it wasn't a lifetime supply of QuickTrim.
"Best Christmas gift ever! Mason said KIM!," the professional star Tweeted. "Kourtney told me, I didn't believe her then he said it to me! I almost cried!"

The Celebrity of the Year Finalists celebrated the holidays by attending the Lakers game against the Heat and also by attending a screening of Little Fockers.

It's hard to imagine which of those was more depressing for the family: Los Angeles' blow-out loss to Miami, or the sad state of Robert DeNiro's career.

The $172,000 Arizona home Bristol Palin just paid for in cash has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,900 square feet. The price? $172,000. Quite a deal.

So far, no word on which school the 20-year-old will be attending, but the home is just miles from Arizona State University's school of broadcasting.
Bristol has expressed an interest in broadcasting public speaking. Another fun fact: ASU declined to give Barack Obama an honorary degree in May.
He gave the commencement speech, but officials deemed that he, the President of the U.S., hadn't done enough in his career to warrant the honor.
Sounds like a good fit for Bristol. Sarah Palin? So proud.

Benjamin Millepied served as choreographer for Black Swan, but a few months into filming, he found himself on the other side of the camera as well.

Apparently! This will be the first marriage for both and their first child as well. It's unclear how along Natalie is, but in any case, congratulations!

Justin Bieber Thinks Selena Gomez is "Amazing"

When recently asked if she and Justin Bieber were a romantic item, Selena Gomez quickly dismissed that rumor.
But when MTV brought up this same topic with Justin a couple days ago, he didn't confirm a relationship between he and Selena. But he didn't exactly shoot down the idea, either.
"She's really cool," Bieber told the network. "She's an amazing person."

Does he mind that so many are so curious about his love life? Said Bieber:

"I think that people are always gonna be interested in my personal life... but I gotta keep some things to myself. I'm just having fun being a teenager."

As he should. But as long as he and Gomez spend time alone together, as they did in Miami last week (pictured), such (adorable!) talk will continue to persist.

Crystal Harris & Hugh Hefner: Engaged!

Santa Claus presented Hugh Hefner with a busty blonde over the weekend, as the Playboy founder announced via Twitter that he's engaged to 24-year old Crystal Harris. He explained:
"I gave Crystal a ring. A truly memorable Christmas Eve. When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas in memory."

Harris was the Playboy Playmate of December 2009 and moved into the famous Mansion soon afterward.

This will be the third marriage for Hefner, as he finally filed for divorce from Kimberly Conrad last year, following the pair's 1998 separation. He was previously hitched to Mildred Williams; their marriage ended 27 years before Harris was born.

Lisa Vanderpump Details Bloody Restaurant Attack

A Real Housewife of Beverly Hills was involved in a real messy, violent situation early this morning.
As detailed to TMZ by Lisa Vanderpump herself, this reality star was dining at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge with her husband and another couple when a man at another table started in with the harassment.
Vanderpump quoted the "extremely drunk" man as saying:
"I've seen the show. You're wearing a lot more make-up now, and your eyes are darker and smokier. What are you doing sitting with old people?"

It's not easy being a rich reality TV star.

At this, Lisa's husband, reporter Robert Kovacik, walked over and asked the man to quiet down. He allegedly responded by striking Kovacik in the face and pushing him to the ground.

Christmas came a couple days early for former American Idol contestant Constantine Maroulis.
The Broadway star and girlfriend Angel Reed, both of whom appear in Rock of Ages, welcomed daughter Malena James into the world last night. The first child for both, she weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces.

"Angel and I are thrilled to welcome our perfect baby girl into the world today," Constantine said. "Mom and baby are healthy and I couldn't be more excited to ring in 2011 this way."

Lindsay Lohan Accuser Pulls a Complete 180

The fired Betty Ford staff member who accused Lindsay Lohan of battery in a recent altercation now says she will drop her criminal complaint.
Not only that, Dawn Holland's attorney says she will not even cooperate with the authorities in any inquiry into the troubled starlet's behavior.
She says Lindsay should absolutely not be prosecuted.

That top has to be a violation of some kind, however.

Holland, who was fired after revealing potentially confidential info to TMZ, had said initially that Lindsay's attack put her on worker's comp.
Holland's lawyer, Keith Davidson, says she won't press charges, "nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution."

Chris Harrison Teases, Hopes For Bachelor Pad 2

Bachelor Pad was a sleeper hit this summer.
Sure, it has none of the Bachelor spoilers, scandals or love triangles that make its parent shows so compelling. But the competition was definitely fun.
As such, host-pimp Chris Harrison wants to run it back with some changes, and thinks there's a good chance ABC will give producers that opportunity.

"It's not official, but I'm hearing good things from everybody at ABC and the creators of the show," says Harrison. "Everybody wants to do it again."

Sources tell E! News that Courteney Cox and Cougar Town co-star Brian Van Holt acted quite cozy at that show's holiday party this week.

"Courteney and Brian pretty much stuck together the majority of the evening," a witness said. "There wasn't any hand-holding or kissing. But they did stay and stand together for most of the party."
On their ABC sitcom, Cox portrays Jules and Van Holt play her ex-husband, Bobby. Rumors of a personal relationship between the pair started in May.

Kelsey Grammer to Camille: Hands Off My Money!

At this point, it's hard to believe Kelsey and Camille Grammer were married for 14 years and may have made a sex tape together.
In the latest hiccup in the pair's relationship, Kelsey has filed to keep Camille away from his retirement and business accounts. According to documents filed by the actor this week, his ex-wife cannot make any unauthorized withdrawals until a divorce judgment is passed.

After announcing their divorce on June 28, Kelsey and Camille have gone back and forth in the press. It hasn't helped that the former is engaged again already.

The legal papers in question here state that Kelsey is seeking "an order determining the nature and extent of both employee and non-employee spouse's interest in employee benefits under the plan, an order restraining claimant from making benefit payments to employee spouse pending the determination and disposition of non-employees spouse's interest if any, in employee’s benefits under the plan."

"It was an unspoken thing that you couldn't get within 20 feet of Jen. She surrounded herself with a ring of buffers at all times," says a Wanderlust source.
"She traveled with them from her trailer to the set and back."

Ryan Reynolds-Scarlett Johannson Divorce: Filed

The Ryan Reynolds-Scarlett Johannson divorce just became official. Or at least the paperwork was just filed that WILL make it official before long.
Just a few weeks after their separation was announced, Reynolds has begun the process of officially ending his two-year marriage to Johansson.
Already separated from Johansson, Reynolds filed for divorce Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Scarlett filed her response simultaneously.

Both sides cite December 14 as their date of separation, and neither seeks spousal support in what by all accounts is a mutual, amicable split.
Sources believe that the couple simply grew apart under the strain of managing two thriving careers, and are breaking up on pleasant terms.
They were married in a private ceremony in Canada in 2008. It's too bad it didn't work out, but at least there was no real scandal involved.

Rachel Uchitel Embarks on New Career Path

Rachel Uchitel became infamous in 2009-2010 because, well, the woman is a serial, professional mistress. But she's focused on a new career now.
One which still involves sneaking around, interestingly.
In an ironic twist, the woman whose clandestine relationships with David Boreanaz and Tiger Woods gained national attention wants to be a P.I.

Crystal Bowersox Debut Album Sales: Not Terrible

It could have been worse for Crystal Bowersox.
A month after American Idol champion Lee DeWyze watched his debut album sell fewer copies during its first week of release than any CD in show history, Crystal's "Farmer's Daughter" moved 57,804 units.
That figure was good enough for number-28 on the Billboard 200 Chart. It was also about 20,000 more sales than her fellow finalist's initial effort.

Among other American Idol alums, Carrie Underwood, Fantasia and Daughtry also earned spots this week on the Billboard 200.

It's ALL GOOD for Miley Cyrus as she shoots So Undercover in New Orleans, La. She's reportedly been working hard ... but even workaholics need a break.
Miles may be "all business" during filming, but off the set, she was spotted stopping into a tattoo parlor for some fresh, new body ink this weekend.

The 18-year-old hit  Saks Fifth Avenue with makeup artist Denika Bedrossian for some retail therapy. She was all smiles, snapping photos with local fans.
An E! source reports that Cyrus "could not have been any nicer to us or more down to earth. She was just like any normal girl shopping with her friend."
Later that night, the singer partied with fans and someone shot another Miley bong video. Kidding. But she did get matching tattoos with Bedrossian.
Sources say both were sporting small bandages on the top of their hands near their middle fingers. Perfect to show off while flipping off the haters.

Justin Bieber to Duet with Rascal Flatts

Justin Bieber is about to go country. For one song, at least.
The 16-year old pop sensation has Tweeted his intentions to collaborate with Rascal Flatts on an upcoming single, writing: "I love @RascalFlatts and Im honored that they are making music with me."

The mutual, musical respect is mutual. Said Rascal Flatts lead singer Gary LeVox:

"[Justin] asked us to do a duet with him on his next record. It's actually a really good song. The kid is really talented. He plays five or six different instruments really well."

Lorenzo Lamas and Shawna Craig: Still Engaged!

Move over, Kate Middleton and Prince William.
You don't have a monopoly on April weddings. Lorenzo Lamas says he will exchange vows with his fiancee Shawna Craig on April 30 of next year.
"It's going to be amazing. We found a beautiful hotel in Cabo. We're in touch with the general manager to make it really, really special," he said.

Sounds like these two are going strong!

"It's gonna be small - we're not inviting a lot of people," said Lorenzo Lamas, 52, of his wedding to Shawna Craig, 23. "Just family and friends."

Rob and Amber Mariano Welcome Second Child!

At the live Survivor: Nicaragua finale reunion show on Sunday, three-time alum Rob Mariano had his own reveal for the audience - the expansion of his own tribe.
Carina Rose Mariano was born to Rob and fellow Survivor legend Amber Mariano on December 10, joining sister Lucia Rose, 17 months, in a girl-power alliance.
“I’m definitely outnumbered now!” says "Boston" Rob with a laugh.

Rob, Amber and their little girls are allied for life.

“It’s exciting and fun. I always thought I would have boys, but as a father, when your kids are healthy and happy, that’s the important thing.”
Indeed. Amber’s delivery, which came two weeks late, sounds as daunting as any Survivor challenge. Congratulations to the happy couple.

Betty Ford Nightlife: Rager in Lindsay's Room!

Lindsay Lohan and some of her pals had a party in rehab, according to reports. There is NO evidence Lindsay was drinking, but this is still a great story.
The train wreck's roommates had a party a week ago last Saturday night, one in which the booze was flowing and got the girls into a heap of trouble.
Staying at a satellite house at the Betty Ford Clinic, Linds and her buds were "drinking heavily" when the Betty Ford peeps found out and busted them.

A GREAT SHOT: This is an old Lindsay Lohan photo. It was not taken during the aforementioned party in rehab. Still pretty funny and appropriate, we felt.

The roommates were moved back to the main facility, which has more supervision. Later, Lindsay was told she could not leave the area for Christmas.
Again, there's no evidence LiLo was drinking. Let's be clear there.
Just the same, the troubled actress finds herself back at the main Betty Ford facility too, not for punishment, supposedly, but for "intensive therapy."
Extra supervision should help with the stalker situation, too.

Vince Vaughn and Kyla Weber just received an early Christmas present.
Locklyn Kyla Vaughn was born December 18! She weighed 7 pounds!
The healthy baby girl, the couple's first child, was born at a hospital in Chicago, Vaughn's hometown. The actor's rep confirms the good news.

"Both of them couldn't be happier to welcome their baby girl," says a pal of Vaughn and Weber, a Canadian real estate agent and Vince's wife of nearly a year.
When Weber's pregnancy was announced in July, a source close to The Dilemma star said that the newlyweds were thrilled to start a family so quickly.

At her 22nd birthday party in Las Vegas, the actress was asked about her split from Zac Efron and replied simply: "We're good."
She had reason to be last night, celebrating the occasion at Pure Nightclub with a group that included Ashley Tisdale and Brittany Snow. Onlookers say Hudgens dancing on a couch at the VIP area inside the club, having a blast.

As for the year as a whole, Hudgens told People:

"I worked a lot in 2009. I did two movies back to back, so this year I just hung out, took it easy, did a play which was a lot of fun, did a movie and now the year is coming to an end before I know it."

Debbie Flores-Narvaez, Vegas Showgirl, is Missing

Debbie Flores-Narvaez, a showgirl, former NFL cheerleader and well-known figure in the Las Vegas entertainment community, suddenly disappeared.
"I can't make anything of this right now. It's not her. It's not her to go missing. It's not her to take a small vacation like this," her sister Celeste said.
The 31-year-old beautiful brunette is a dancer in Luxor’s steamy adult show Fantasy, as well as a go-go dancer at the Palms Hotel’s Rain Nightclub.

She was last seen Dec. 12 going to the home of her ex, Blu Griffith.

On December 13, the dancer didn't arrive as scheduled at Fantasy and her maroon Chevy Prism was later found abandoned in Northeast Las Vegas.
Police are not saying whether they believe foul play was involved.
Griffith confirmed to Celeste Flores-Narvaez that Debbie was at his home early that evening, but didn’t stay long and was going to meet friends.

Animal rights activist group PETA called Palin out after she shot a caribou on her TLC show, Sarah Palin's Alaska, but she says at least that could be sincere.
Sorkin calling her a witless bully, comparing her to Michael Vick and saying she killed the animal for political gain, on the other hand, has her all fired up.
Sarah Palin responded to Sorkin’s statement, telling Roberts that “We eat, therefore we hunt - and I am thankful that I get to feed my kids organic food.”

Chris Harrison Previews Compelling, Scandal-Free Season of The Bachelor

In an exhaustive and not very revealing new interview with TV Guide, King of All Pimps Chris Harrison previews the new season of The Bachelor.
In Chris' defense, he can't yet reveal The Bachelor spoilers we've already posted. His job is to get people pumped for the return of Brad Womack.
That return, he says, was not easy for the star - or the women.

"There's a large group out there that's like, 'Screw this guy. I hope he falls on his face and gets what coming to him,' and he does," Harrison said.
Brad, who dumped both DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft three years ago, faces some skeptical contestants - and Pappas and Croft - January 3.
But despite the animosity he initially feels, Harrison says an old-school Bachelor progression follows, sans the "crazy scandal" of recent seasons.
"There was no crazy scandal," Chris says. "It either happens or it doesn't ... Someone sleeps with one of our producers or they don't. Someone has a girlfriend back at home or they don't. We're always at the whim of our contestants."

You won't believe this, but there was a lot of drama and fighting this week on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Our intern has it all covered in her weekly review...
There was no love lost this week in Atlanta.
Kandi rehearsed with her backup singers for her upcoming tour when Kim stopped by.  Wanting to see Kim's progress from her countless rehearsals with Mitchell, the choreographer, she asked Kim to show her what she's learned.

Once again - ADD-stricken and about as coordinated as a one-legged grasshopper - Kim mimes some dance moves.  Kandi gets increasingly annoyed at Kim since she's more concerned with getting a bedazzled microphone instead of focusing on the music.  Kim thinks Kandi's too critical.
With good reason, this is Kandi's tour after all.  The record label is expecting major results for spending major money.  Kim better get to steppin.
Sheree went furniture shopping with her daughter, Tierra.  Hoping to surprise Tierra, she splurges on not only a luxurious couch but on a dining set, throw pillows, artwork and a few other miscellaneous doodads.  All for the low price of $7,400.  Sheree likes to spoil Tierra.  Spoil me, mama!

In the wake of so many celebrity splits - farewell, Ryan and Scarlett; best of luck, Tony and Eva - it's nice to be reminded of a couple that appears happier than ever, isn't it?
Such is certainly the case for Kevin Jonas and Danielle Deleasa, who were married one year ago yesterday.

The twosome celebrated this occasion at Walt Disney World, as seen above. Sources say they booked Cinderella’s Castle Suite last night. We'll let readers use their own imagination for why.
But let's just say that if rumors of Danielle's pregnancy are false, perhaps they won't be in the near future. Congratulations to this adorable couple!

FBI Investigating Lindsay Lohan Stalking Incidents

Sources close to the Lindsay Lohan stalking incident say it's quite serious. Apparently people in the know agree, because the FBI is now involved.
Agents are now in possession of threatening and harassing messages sent to Lindsay and members of her family. Sam Lutfi may be responsible.
Lohan has been receiving a variety of ominous messages ... some of which her camp thinks came from Britney Spears' former manager/enabler.

Sources also say her mother, Dina Lohan, and her brother Michael Lohan, Jr., have also been receiving strange messages in the past few weeks.
Some of them badmouth Dina, others warn her to stay away from Lutfi and Michael Lohan, Sr., who have reportedly been in contact as well.
It's all very weird. It's also unclear if the messages are in any way related to the psycho photographer that rehabbing Lindsay is so terrified of.
DiLo has passed along the info to the FBI, which is also looking into Ali Lohan's identity theft case, and officials say they are "looking into it."

Julianne Hough "Is That So Wrong" Music Video: Banned By CMT?

Gorgeous Dancing With the Stars pro-turned country singer Julianne Hough sheds some clothes in the video for her latest single, "Is That So Wrong."
But don't go clamoring for the music video of Julianne playfully romping around her apartment wearing next to nothing and dancing seductively yet.
According to reports - and the singer herself - CMT deemed it too racy!

At a recent live show, Julianne Hough told the crowd, "This next song - funny story - I shot a music video for it, but Country Music Television banned it ... apparently I was taking off too many clothes as I was dancing across my bedroom." Gulp.
CMT denies any ban and says it isn't playing "Is That So Wrong" because of contract negotiations with Hough and other artists. CMT and its parent company, MTV, are currently in talks with VEVO, which distributes videos from Hough's label.
As such, don't look for it on CMT. It's also NOWHERE on YouTube or anywhere but the not-at-all-sketchy-or-porn-site-sounding YouClubVideo (dot) com.

Note to Selena Gomez: if you want us to believe that you are NOT dating Justin Bieber, perhaps you shouldn't frolic with him in front of reporters.
Just days after Gomez scoffed at the notion that her IHOP meal with the shaggy-haired singer was anything but a mutual enjoyment of pancakes, she was spotted in Miami with Bieber...looking cute and cozy!

We're not saying Bieber and Gomez are definitely an item, but there's something strange about these pictures, isn't there?

No one else is around. This almost come across like a Speidi-esque, staged photo op. As a pair of media savvy stars, one can't help but wonder: why are Justin and Selena acting in such a way that will only fuel dating rumors?

Lindsay Lohan Terrified of "Psycho" Photographer

Lindsay Lohan knows all about dealing with the paparazzi, but feels one shutterbug has crossed the line.
Having just moved to a more secure location by the Betty Ford Clinic after being stalked by Sam Lutfi (or someone), now she's got more problems ...
According to Lohan, a "psychotic" photog seems to live outside her digs. He's there EVERY day and doesn't miss a beat when she ventures out.

Poor girl just can't catch a break.

Lindsay is so upset, she's asked her lawyer to go to court and get a restraining order against this dude and several others, but so far nothing's been filed yet.
TMZ sources confirm there is indeed a guy who follows her everywhere she goes, running up to her car, yelling at her every time she comes to a stop, etc.
He drives a Prius with tinted windows. Nice to see that even the seedy underworld of celebrity gossip media feels the urge to reduce carbon emissions.

Mel Gibson Awarded Increased Custody of Lucia

Mel Gibson may be an anti-Semitic and homophobic man with serious anger issues, but his parenting is nothing but exemplary in the court's eyes.
Judge Scott Gordon modified the actor's existing custody agreement with Oksana Grigorieva late Thursday, giving Mel MORE custody, not less.
Mel will be allowed more time with Lucia, with the increase in by hours. Added up, the additional hours total a little over one more day a week.

These two have been feuding for what seems like forever.

According to the agreement Mel and Oksana Grigorieva signed in May, both have joint physical and legal custody of Lucia. Under that deak, Mel had visitation rights a total of six days - with three overnight visits - every two weeks.
The judge has now increased Mel's face time slightly.
Oksana, who alleges that Mel attacked her earlier this year, and who Mel alleges tried to extort him, wanted Gordon to strip Mel of overnight visits altogether and to only give him monitored visitation. Not exactly how it played out.
Criminal probes into both parties are ongoing. Gordon said that the change was made for the best interests of Lucia ... so make of that what you will.
