Halle Berry Dumped Gabriel Aubry Not Vice Versa

Since Halle Berry confirmed her split from her boyfriend and baby dady Gabriel Aubry she has been a busy lady. Berry and Aubry, the father of the actress’ two-year-old daughter Nahla, decided to part ways last week. Since then the 43-year-old actress co-hosted the 13th Annual EIF/Revlon Run/Walk for Women in Times Square to raise money for breast cancer.  The event took place on the streets of Manhattan, New York and Halle was joined by fellow actresses Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba. Other celebrities in attendance included Dr. Oz and Trey Songz.
The newly single star was also spotted hand-in-hand with an unidentified tall man Friday night, attending the critically acclaimed Broadway play Fences, which stars Denzel Washington
Berry.  According to sources the mystery man is just an old friend of Halle’s so it isn’t a new boyfriend.
Though the breakup was just recently announced and said to be very amicable, People Magazine reports it actually happened several months ago – and it was the actress who initiated it, according to a source.
“She kicked him out months ago because he wasn’t able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on,” a source close to Berry and Aubry tells PEOPLE.
