Britney Spears’ conservatorship will reportedly end within the next three months. A source close to Spears tells RadarOnline.com that the troubled pop star has made “tremendous progress” in working through her problems.
"Britney has made tremendous progress in the past three to four months. She seems to be firmly in control again," the source says.
Spears and her lawyer met with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz last Thursday. "Judge Goetz needed to meet with Britney and talk to her face-to-face, to see how she was doing," adds the insider. "It's one thing to read medical reports about her, but the in-person meeting was very important.”
Spears’ father Jamie was granted a conservatorship over her in February 2008 after she was hospitalized in the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute. Spears next hearing is set for October 14
