Lindsay Lohan Off the Hook For Rehab Fight

Just kidding ... well, mostly. Whatever the reason, Lindsay Lohan received a lovely Christmas present when Dawn Holland dropped her battery allegation.
The ex-Betty Ford employee who got into an altercation with the troubled star, who she accused of attacking her, is letting the case against Lohan go.

HO, HO, HO: Lindsay's Christmas season is now more cheerful.

"Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution," her attorney said.
"A crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms. Lohan."
The authorities could still file charges against Lohan, but without the testimony of the one witness who lodged the complaint, it would lead nowhere.
As such, Lindsay looks to have beaten the rap once again.
