Rene Angelil, Rene-Charles Angelil and Celine DionAfter a dangerous fragile pregnancy, all appears well for Céline Dion and her twin sons who came home yesterday.  And now that all is well the 42-year-old French-Canadian singer and her husband René Angélil have finally named their fraternal twin sons, Eddy and Nelson.
Nelson is named after Nelson Mandela, whom Dion met two years ago while kicking off her world tour in South Africa. “René said that in just the few minutes they were able to spend with him, they were impressed by the human being he is,”  Céline’s rep tells People.  Eddy is named after Eddy Mornay, the producer who worked on Dion’s first five albums. “He was like a father to her,” says Dion’s rep. “Eddy is a major influence in both Céline and René’s lives.”
Céline, René and their 9-year-old son René-Charles have some extra support. “Three of her sisters and her mom are there helping out,” adds her rep.
